Present perfect simple or continuous

 

Examples of present perfect simple:       

I've (I have) seen him. | I haven't (have not) seen him. | Have you seen him?

Examples of present perfect continuous:       

I've (I have) been waiting two hours    I haven't (have not) been waiting long     Have you been waiting long?

 

Put the words in brackets into either the present perfect simple or present perfect continuous to complete each of the following: Example: How long (you/know) John?
